Why Collaborate with Us?

Michèle Keatley of Blubellwood Blog brings a cinematic and intuitive approach to visual storytelling, combining photography, music, language and moving image to create work with emotional depth and atmosphere.
Her short films and music video films explore themes of love, time, spirituality, nature, memory and human connection. Rather than simply illustrating a piece of music, the visual work seeks to enter into its emotional landscape — allowing imagery, movement, sound and words to work together.
Each film develops through a considered selection of imagery, atmosphere and sound, creating a visual language that is personal to the work. Her own photography, still images and video footage often form the starting point, with movement, colour and visual layering used to extend the original observation into something new.
Collaborations are welcomed for selected projects. This may include creating a short film or music video around existing music, developing a poetic visual narrative from supplied footage, or working together to shape an idea into a finished creative piece.
The aim is not simply to produce another video, but to create something that feels connected to the music, the story and the person behind it.
